In Chinese (again, simplified, not traditional) it’s 中国人,韩国人,and 日本人 (ZhongGuoRen, HanGuoRen, and RiBenRen). Going in order from China (simplified), Korea, Japan, it’s中国人, 한국인、 and日本人 (ZhongGuoRen, HanGukIn, and NiHonJin). I know it wasn’t a question, but just because it was mentioned, I wrote all this out to talk about Chinese, Korean, and Japanese language… and now it’s long, and I don’t want to erase it, so… Maybe this will be useful for trivia night. TLDR: China, Korea, and Japan all use the same names for each other (with different pronunciation) because they share a writing system.
